 | In 1978, after receiving his high school diploma from the Technological Institute for the Industry in Avellino,he moved in Florence to attend college for study Mechanical Engineering, and he was very interested in learning about this particular field. After four years in college, he became fascinated with the leather work that the people in Florence was doing. At that point, he decided to change his career and start to attend a school for leather designer. While attending this school, he became aware that his previous experience and knowledge to become a mechanical engineer had proved valuable within the leather industry. In 1982, he moved to Milan,where he had additional experience and took courses related to the work of the leather machinery and the repair of such equipment. In 1983, he moved back to Avellino and started his own company, named Bog-Art. In 1989, he decided to venture to the United States, from Florence, Italy and continue to develop his own business. In 1998, he start his own business located in Kensington Md. USA. specializing in custom designer of leather accessories and repairs.All the rest is history with Poly,the wife and Vincente,the son. |
